Abstract: | Using Alex Rodger’s Seven-Point Selection Plan, the study attempts to find out attributes that are desirable and essential for successfully performing line duties in Nigerian university libraries. A questionnaire was mailed to university librarians in 30 Federal and state universities in Nigeria. The result of the investigation is a job specification for these libraries. |
