dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we developed a deterministic model for lassa fever disease in a population with vital dynamics incorporating standard incidence rate, disease induced death and infection due to human reservoirs and aerosol (airborne) transmission. We obtained the basic reproduction number, R0 which can be used to control the transmission dynamics of the disease and thus established the conditions for local and global stability of the disease-free equilibrium. | en_US |
