dc.description.abstract | The study was aimed at understanding the circulation process in IBB University Library in Lapai and developing a computer-based system to replace for it. The structured system analysis and design methodology was adopted for the study. Interview, record inspection and observation techniques were used for collecting data. A new system was developed and tested. The computer-based system was found to solve the problems of the manual library process and it is recommended for adoption by the university. | en_US |
