Abstract: | Vocational/Technical Education which has been described as work oriented. It is the type of education that helps in generating human resources which will in turn contribute towards national development. The paper discusses the concept of Vocational/Technical Education and human resources development. It also discusses some problems bedeviling Vocational/Technical Education in relation to human resources development through Vocational/Technical Education.
