dc.description.abstractRice (oriza sativa) is one of the most consumed food for moat people in the developing countries. its cultivation is being faced with the menance of bird infestation. efforts has been put in place to control this pest, but majorly is the manual control which is not effective.in this study a mechanical bird control device was designed employing standard engineering practices. the design capacity is 960 throw per hour and the area of coverage is 3030.en_US
