Abstract: | Implementations of both pharmaceutical interventions and non-pharmaceutical protocols were geared towards the protections of public from contacting COIVD-19. Impact of these had been inconsistent and unclear in Nigeria. This study aimed at measuring the effectiveness of pharmaceutical interventions (first, second and boaster dose of COVID-19 vaccine) and major non-pharmaceutical protocols (hand washing, use of sanitizers, social distancing, and self isolation). Methods and analysis include item response modelling of responses to constructs made by simple random sampling of 2500 respondents from 4 states and federal capital territory using stata 17SE and the results suggested that lower social status individuals embraced hand washing, use of sanitizers and social distancing in that order from non-pharmaceutical ends while pharmaceutical interventions were mainly for high social status citizenry |
