Natural ventilation is the sustainable means of ventilating spaces in a building. This process involves replacing air in any space to provide high indoor air quality and to control temperature. In office buildings, ventilation is very relevant as its aids the productivity of workers. Overtime, study has shown that most offices rely more on mechanical means of ventilations as aresult of improper and inadequacy of fenestrations in office spaces. This research aims to evaluate the adequacy of fenestrations provided in selected office buildings in Minna, Niger state. The research methodology employed is a well-structured observation schedule to determine the position, number, siz and type of fenestration provided in the selected public office building.en_US
