| Abstract: | The paper examined Information Technology in a rapidly changing information society. Relevant literatures were reviewed. The Paper discussed the pivotal role of information Technology in Industrial Development, Technological Advancement, Educational Development, Sustainable Democracy and overall man’s survival. The paper was concluded by reiterating the indispensability of Information Technology to day-to-day activities of man in an electronically oriented society. |
