Abstract

This project is primarily concerned with the use of computers for processing census data with particular reference to census of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja. It highlights the role a good computer program plays in processing census data in particular. Thus the fortran language is used to produce the program titled, "Population Project", the sub-routine provides information for the population estimate of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.
