Abstract: This project is centred on how effective and cheap computer efficient primary power can be utilized for accurate, fast method of processing records, particularly Schools and other Institutions as applicable. and in The basis of this work is projected into the future in which an integrated computer system with conglomeration of several files will be used for record processing. Based on the feasibility study conducted, a design was developed to computerize the University Staff School. The outcome of the design was generated into a report comprising the staff record, pupils academic record and the pupils personal records. The computer-assisted Record Management System among other things focus its attention on techniques of simplifying record collation and processing. It also causes a complex change in the structure of record handlings.
