dc.description.abstractThis study examines the impact of quality management practices and safety culture of furniture craftsmen on construction performance in Niger State, Nigeria. The research aims to identify the extent to which quality management practices and safety culture affect the performance of furniture craftsmen in the construction industry. The study utilizes a mixed methods research design, which involves both quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. The study finds that quality management practices and safety culture significantly impact the performance of furniture craftsmen in the construction industry. The study concludes that implementing quality management practices and promoting a safety culture can enhance the performance of furniture craftsmen in the construction industry in Niger State.en_US
