Abstract: | Synopsis Spatial exclusion is a negative occurrence, universally. It implies a socio-spatial segregation of Urban-Fringe dwellers, given its major hindrance to both functional urban development and the inclusive vision of cities we need. The need towards transforming these fringe areas in Urban-Delta forms the underpinning rationale for this paper. |
