Abstract: The paper on the assessment of the use of ICT tools by students to study educational technology in Niger state college of education Minna was carried out to find out the ICTs resources that are available and accessible to educational technology students in Niger state college of Education. The study was also to determine the factors responsible for students not using ICT in their school. The design adopted to gather information in this study was survey design. 85 educational technology students in 200 level were used. A structured questionnaire comprising of four sections based on the research questions was also adopted. Percentages were used to answer research questions one and two, while the mean was used to answer research
