Abstract: The work focuses on the design, fabrication and testing of a manually operated double compartment block moulding machine.. It cast less compared to the mechanically powered block moulding machie in existence. The double compartment makes it time saving and also reduces the energy input. All the materials used were obtained locally therefore the objective of this work which is producing a relative cheap, strong, portable, time and energy saving block moulding machine was achieved.
