dc.description.abstractThe building construction industry is seen to be risky and confronted with frequent and high accident rate and ill health problems to workers, practitioner and end-users. The aim of the paper is to undertake an assessment of accident hazard impact on the Nigerian building industry. The paper concludes that accidents have a significant impact in the Nigerian building industry. The paper recommends that government agencies should regulate building codes.en_US
