A descriptive survey design was employed and sample for the study comprised of 270 staff of technical colleges and higher institutions where technical education program are offered in Niger and Kaduna states. The instrument for data collection was face validated by 3 experts in technical education from federal university of technology, Minna. A reli¬ability coefficient of 0.71 of the instrument was determined using Cronbach alpha. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the implementation of PPP has numerous challenges. It was rec¬ommended that PPP strategies should be utilized in the provision of infra¬structure and services in technical and vocational education in Nigeria.
